Breitling Navitimer 92, new to me today. This is quite a rare model from the 90s with a 38mm case, 20mm lugs and an automatic movement based on an ETA 2892 with a Dubois Dapraz chronograph module. I really love the proportions of the watch generally but particularly the arrangement of the dial, the size and spacing of the subdials are just right.

^^^ Wow, that really is lovely.

I've always found the version with the gold bezel appealing but I think that appeals even more.

    Airport bargain!
Not without some questions (bracelet and case seem a bit mismatched perhaps - like they borrowed a batch of bracelets from something else and said… close enough!) but seems really nice so far. Well finished, pretty, size is great at 39mm and 20mm lugs.
Solid build. Very solid. Old Speedie type bracelet looks good
    And solar. And mega-accurate

Great release by Seiko. I’m wearing the white dial version today. They look great, very functional (no problem swimming etc), and reasonably priced. The bracelet has grown on me too, originally I took it off and put the watch on a strap, but wore it the last few weeks on the bracelet and it’s a comfortable piece of kit. Finishing is a bit of a mismatch to the case though, typical Seiko.

Well, after around 20 months on a waiting list, finally I got the email from Helm that I could order my Khuraburi. Very impressed with the quality and the entire package. Each watch comes with a bracelet and a nylon strap in a choice of colours. The watch gives you different colour and bezel options and the choice of a date or no-date. I also ordered a Helm 'Isofrane' style orange rubber dive strap.

It arrived on the nylon strap but I've spent the lunch hour putting it onto the bracelet and sizing it to fit.

They do and, as I say, their entire package seems great. Some of the best tailored boxing I've seen for the package itself. A box that includes a screwdriver, WR-test card, stickers etc. All in all a 'feel good' experience purchasing from them and as you say, great watches, which is the most important part.

Boldr Venture Singularity in the house. The Musou dial apparently absorbs 99.4% light. Swapped the titanium bracelet to a Barton rubber backed canvas.

Doing it plenty of justice in that pic. Awesome watch. What is your wrist size? Wonder if it would look massive on my 7-7.25inch wrists

Haven’t had an incoming for ages, but had my SMP last week and have been waiting on stock for the Scurfa (it’s the Ti Proto dial model) for a few weeks, so just had to get that ordered.
Quick try on earlier when it arrived. Love it, excellent finishing, lovely dial colour, mega dome on the crystal (more than I was expecting) really good VFM. Pleased.

Had a few days with this now and as everyone has said, it's very good. Not my favourite Pelagos though - the FXD is still the best IMO. I think Blake Buettner's review of the Pelagos 39 on Worn and Wound is spot on - it's a great watch and I'd definitely recommend it but it's not exciting or unique. I also think the bracelet should be 20mm - it feels a bit too wide at 21mm and makes the watch wear a bit small. Definitely a great diver though. I think the brushed bezel looks great in the light and anyone concerned about the sunburst dial shouldn't worry - it's very subtle.

That one is display only as is the Pro and Chrono in the same display (Chisholm Hunter who want a Ł1750 deposit and quote 18 months wait)

    Wow.

That shows the market when you have to wait a year and a half for a Tudor, pay a significant deposit and then the non discounted full price (probably more when they annually adjust RRP). World has gone mad.

That's a very fair and level headed take.

I've had one and while Tudors never seem to stay with me I wouldn't rule out getting another FXD, great watch, but I want to see what the new regular production Pelagos looks like first. Hopefully it won't be too long a wait to find out.

A FXD on bracelet would be a keeper for me.

Impulse purchase, love everything about it… the dial goes from blue to a black in certain light conditions. They had the black dial available but already have the 57 trilogy so this was perfect for me.
The sandwich dial to the lollipop seconds hand, the lumed bezel.
The bracelet is also very comfortable and tapered down.
    Very happy with this one…

    ^^ Very nice.
I tried it on when I ended up buying the new SMP (the one I posted a page or two back).
Really liked it, but I’m too used to a date and have always loved the SMP.

Yeah, it is a bit of a mix of Mark XI and Flieger aesthetics.

I was considering trying to track down an IWC Pilot's Watch Mark XVIII “Tribute to Mark XI" as that has the Mark XI handset, but it's hard to find these days, and it also doesn't come with the newer movement.

I also considered a PRS-48 but 36mm is just to small for my tastes.

Love the look, just a bit too big for my ideal. The '57 trilogy is my perfect size but the sandwich dial on these looks v attractive.

Looks great. I wish the new Mark XX was this size. The date placement is 100% correct on this one. If IWC released a no date Mark model at 39mm with the Mark XI hands and the new quick release bracelet, they would sell by the bucket load.

I’m not convinced they would, as their core pilots brand seems to revolve around the flieger style dial and hands these days.

The most recent watches with Mark XI hands were limited edition or limited production (tribute to Mark XI and tribute to 3705).
