Been fancying something in the carbon-cased line for a while, and the tool-watch collection lacks a blue dial, so....

It's a decent watch at the RRP (£214) - light, nicely put-together, exceptionally legible, great strap - but for £89 brand new, it would have been rude not to...

New to me and just received back today from being serviced and polished. I wasn't keen on the stock strap so bought a Steveostrap to replace it.

    Nomos Orion

New to me and fresh from SC. A Nomos Orion; it's surprisingly hard to photograph this watch well, so hairy wrist shot it is:

It hadn't been in the house for more than 15 minutes before my fiancée decided she might have to borrow it once in a while.

Very nice, was looking at something similar (possibly same) on nomos website last night under the refurbished section but it was actually not available!

Maybe I'm over thinking it, just seems a bit dial heavy for me. Might give it a week.

New arrival for me. My first Anonimo, a Nautilo (Le0pard Racing 2019 Edition). Was worried it would be a bit too big for my wrists (it’s 44mm). To be honest it probably is, but I like it!

That's because most of your divers etc you have fairly large bezel areas and this is relatively small and plain, which usually makes the dial look bigger on the wrist. I'm still walking around without a watch, I did follow your advice and did a WTB for one of these and found one, but it's being serviced before being sent to me. Otherwise, I would have bought yours.

These are discontinued now, keep it, could be worth big bucks one day

Thanks all. It really is exceptional. Perhaps the strap is a little more dressy than I hoped. It will be a daily wearer so may have to look at it for a replacement.

Funnily enough a chef on James Martin's food show was wearing one of these today.
It looked really good on and wondered how it would be with the bracelet brushed on centre links.
    Underrated watch I think.

Picked this up earlier in the week as well, and loving the slimmer lugs than the maxi case.

Thank you. It is nice. Here is a side by side with the hulk and to be honest other than the wider bracelet i cant really feel or see the difference in size of the case.

Thanks mate, long story but unfortunately the blancpain has been returned as there was a bit of damage that wasn’t disclosed, a shame. The 5196 definitely makes up for it though!

Beautiful, congrats. You must be very pleased.

I think this is confirmed across the net now, but can you also confirm the bezel colour is the same as on the hulk? It does look the same in your picture.

I quite like the polished centre links but would be interested to see it on a fully brushed bracelet, the more I look at the watch and wear it the more I love it. It’s not boring that’s for sure!
