Not one that I ever expected to actually get the call for but so very lucky that I did......

That's exactly what I use mine for - holidays. Having said that I also wear it as an 'every day' watch as well for 80% of the time. I like a simple analogue watch face and the slim, smaller profile with 200m WR is perfect for holidays and worn on a simple single pass strap is suitable for most scenarios whilst giving me the feeling of wearing a 'proper' watch rather than a plastic digital one (as good as they are!).

I'm hoping that CWC might 'improve' the automatic G22 version by upping the WR from 5ATM - that would get my vote. Having said that, with their current pricing it would be 's no doubt!

Yes it is a sensibly priced watch that covers most (if not all) bases for me.

Im not personally enamoured by the G22 (although I can understand those that are). Mainly, I think, because the G10 shape is so associated with the quartz movement which just works as a package in my eyes. Its a bit strange really because I dont like anything else with a quartz movement, Ive had a Bond Seamaster and Grand Seiko quartz and they dont do it for me. I understand that is illogical

Some nice incomings but this is a bit tasty.

Nice to see one on a wrist and not on a dealers instagram page.

It's a lot of watch for the money that's for sure, perfect strap as well. The size was what swung it for me, hits the sweetspot, the newer 41mm just to big imo

Good work mate! Enjoy that awesome Rolex.

Love the incredible dial on these. Still a few 116 digit Daytona's filtering through ahead of the 126 generation.

I like the BLNR, I don't like the 15k price tag though.

Enter the Sugess Perpetual Ocean Star GMT (catchy name eh?!). As near as dammit, on a very nice jubilee. 239 to your door please sir.

Only a few more than the 100 Chinese thread.

Arrived just now, sized (included screwdriver does the job) and quite pleased with it.

Trigger warning - misaligned bezels, mismatched dates, mismatched times.

A quick partial collection shot including the Aerospace I just added courtesy of TomGW to replace one I sold years ago (and regretted).

18Q is the indestructible beater and previous travel watch but fully deserves to be in this set, the Aerospace is the new daily and travel watch (displacing an Apple Watch). Milgauss and Sea-dweller I tend to use rarely now but both have been in regular use in the past.

    Looks a bargain.

Is it a true traveler GMT where the hour hand advances without hacking the watch? Or, an office GMT where you can quick set the GMT hand and the Date from the second crown position? Thanks

Office. Although I have absolutely no use whatsoever for a GMT complication anyway.

It's a beautifully made piece that, unsurprisingly, attracts a lot of glances.

I know I/we are biased but the Smoked Taupe dial ROO 43 is absolutely the pick of the bunch.

I purchased the watch from a grey dealer unworn and have just ordered 2 additional straps from the AP boutique (which will hurt my pocket).

Did they need the serial number to order the straps? Might not be just your pocket hurting haha
