That looks like a nice Orange watch... is the model known as an Oragne? Fancy I've never heard of the model before. :?:

She says thanks
Orange watches (dials, bezels, hands, or some combination of the above) are great fun... especially when you pair them with a suit...
Had an OM for a while and quite liked it, really enjoyed how solid and industrial it was. Don't have an orange dial right now, I think some kind of Doxa may scratch that itch some day.

Hey Seikomatic, is this a Yao custom job?
Did you have the work done or did you buy it this way?
Luvin' all the great "oragne" watches! gotta get me one soon. :)
Thanks,
J.

It's especially nice that you admitted doing the work yourself. :)
Before discovering these WIS forums I would have never, for one second, considered altering a watch.
Because I love to tinker and have always been a fix it myself type, I'm now leaning towards watch modding/repair
as a newfound hobby. Lord knows, I have plenty of crap and/or old watches to practice on. :D
P.S. so Eddie, your Italian is safe for the moment.
(though never underestimate what can be accomplished with a black Sharpie)

If we're talking orange....
we may as well do it right.
Cheers,
now this is just uncanny ....
Awesome! love that friggin' orange/black contrast.
Mike and/or Mark,
What flavor SuperLuminova is used on those BroadArrows?
The reason I ask is because one pic looks white (C-1?)
and the other more greenish (C-3).
Having only recently learned there's a big difference in the luminescence, it's a make or break deal to me.
*edit* If you don't know the flavor, how do you guys rate the night time lume?
Thanks,
J.
Not sure of the flavour but I've found that Eddie's watches do well in the dark. The '53s hands glow very bright, and the PRS-18A is plenty legible when the sun goes down. Neither can hold a candle to my Doxas (750Ts) or Seiko (007), but they've got all the others I own beat hands down.Originally Posted by J.Wayne
mine is white, the pic was taken in sunlight.
Eddie´s description says Luminova. Night luminescence is ok for me, thats a matter of taste. Try a search to see if anyone has lume pics.
Funny thing is I also (of course) have the black one and the lume looks green.
The PVD PRS11 Orange is unique and a lovely watch, I wear it a lot on my motorcycle, it can take it :)
