I saw a Subaru SVX in the Macclesfield area today. That's a rare beast!
I try not to commute now but years ago my journeys were more interesting.
Driving in to the West End, I used to see quite a few unusual sights.
Plenty of old Astons but one that sticks in my mind was being cut up by a Diablo with Ferrari kills on the driver's door (prancing horses with bullet holes in them). It really is impossible to buy class.
One day, The Gumball Rally started outside my window. Plenty of machinery on parade. Nobody was really interested in my office but I had a wander over.
Saw a Maybach for the first time today, I was a bit underwhelmed, it hasn't got the presence of a Rolls....
Also a Ferrari 458, absolutely stunning....
Not commuting as such but I saw Air Force One fly overhead at about 2000ft last night while I was out running. Certainly don't see that every day!

How do they get Marine 1 over here, in the back of some Monster transport?
Recently I was behind a Cayenne with the plate P1 ATO
I've also had him driving up my chuff before in a Panamera.
There was a chap in Ilford who used to have J1 HAD on his car. Bet he got a fair bit of grief from plod with the old stop and search.
Been in zurich the past 2 days and never seen so many Ferraris in my life being driven around town.
@josh I'm curious . What do you drive ?
My favourite up to now is the silver Ferrari 250GT SWB. The only way it could be more perfect would be if it was dark blue with a white stripe round the nose :-)
PS - I imagine security is pretty tight tonight around Fairford and St Athan then?
Spotted this Borgward in Liverpool last week...
It was in lovely condition

Ferrari enzo. Nice number plate.
My daily commute of 12 miles to buy a Daily Telegraph is usually spoilt by aggressive drivers in BMW's and Audi's who drive too close to the vehicle in front. They seem to think that by doing so they will intimidate the preceding driver. They're really quite immature. Of course their antics really begin when they are confronted with one of these
Or at this time of year, one of these
It's amusing to keep ones distance and watch them trying to kill themselves in their desperate attempts to be 'the one in front'.
It's quite delightful in the winter time, when there has been a half inch of snow, to see the same vehicles abandoned at the side of the road. And of course, if on the odd occasion I follow them into the city, once you arrive, they are only a couple of cars in front in the queue. I'm baffled by these people.
What baffles me most though is why I submit myself to this mental torture and mortal danger everyday just to buy a Telegragh. The paper has turned into a cleb gossip rag.
Slight cheat as it was a photo taken by my wife on her commute - she passed a mate's house and let him out of junction in front of her.
And yeah, he got tired of his previous 458 so had this speciale instead #firstworldproblems
Regularly see and hear McLarens go past my place of work, saw two in convoy tonight coming back from the test track in Longcross.
Always amuses me when I see them in the Shell garage in Ottershaw, they put £14 of fuel in them every time.
Must be just enough the make the test track do a couple of passes and make it back to the factory.

Here's a series of clips from my commute.
The first is a car I briefly saw last night, I think it had a prancing horse on the front, but couldn't be sure. Can anyone with a clue ID it. You will probably need to put it to HD to get a decent view.
The other 4 are from this morning.
The first might be hard to spot, it's a car in the trees on the left.
The next two are cars turning left almost into me. The first with no indication and the second indicated far to late.
The final clip shows an accident that obviously just happened.
There was just a normal commute into London and none of these were particularly dangerous as can be seen by the fact I stopped in time. It's just annoying that people don't care enough when driving - especially in the rush hour.

Overtaken the other day, on the A404M, by B16 UNS.
Didn`t get a look of the driver unfortunately.
^^^^ What are we looking at?
Its a 2006 Porsche Carrera GT registration 7 AL. 5.7l v10 producing 612hp and good for 205mph and a 3.5 0-60.
I saw a cyclist shaking a fist at me 'cause I dared to be doing 60mph as I passed him. This is where he was on the other side of the road coming from the other direction and it was a single carriageway. Okay so I was hitting the rev limiter in second at the time... must have been a bit loud (I had ear defenders on!).
I guess he thought I was going a lot faster than 60; it probably sounded like I was doing 90! Once I got to 60 I changed into 4th and pottered along at 60-65. I'd just pulled out of a junction and it was plain exuberance I'm afraid.
