Looks like a lovely example. What sort of price are they asking ?
Goldsmiths in the Bullring have had the Basel stock this week & popped in today to have a look, the definite pick of the bunch is the WG 'pepsi' an absolutely stunning piece in the metal! :)
Can't see myself ever being able to afford one but some very lucky people are going to be very very pleased with it!!!
Without doubt the nicest Rolex I've ever seen!

It is indeed beautiful, but about £26k of beautiful!!!
I love it, but i don't £26k love it. Bring on the stainless steel model.
Wow, I'd be willing to do some weird shit to be able to buy one.
Can anyone tell me, through experience, is it a different watch to wear to the ss model?? Lighter?? If a better watch, is it 20k better??
My favourite Rolex and it looks amazing....
That does look good sadly though as they have made it in white gold I don't ever think we will see a stainless steel version, hope I'm proved wrong though.
It looks nice Tony but I think your vintage GMT with the new Pepsi bezel looks just as good!
It looks amazing. Nuff said
Probably the light but that blue section of the bezel looks purple to me.
I have tried this model on and it is lovely, no chance of an ss one though, apparently the bezel costs £3k which is why they had to put it on a more expensive model.
It's hard to tell from the picture. How sharp is the red/blue transition on the bezel? I assumed it'd be a razor sharp line, but here it looks like a very tight fade/blurring between the two. I assume that's just the phone camera?
Stunning. I tried on a WG sub with the blue bezel/face and that was stunning also. Don't think I ll be buying just yet! The WG models do blow a bit of money tho.
Must admit, real world photo looks awesome and I'd happily take one.
Still not sure of the blue and red, not as vibrant as on the old Pepsi.
I love it, it's such a shame they don't do a stainless steel model for the plebe... Even if Rolex supplied the bezel as a spare (unlikely!) I would not want to "mod" a standard GMT2c. I feel bad enough when I do it on an SKX!
Absolutely stunning.
Out of interest (as I'll never be able to afford one), how well do white gold watches resist scratches and dinks? My SS GMT has picked up a few, so I assume a WG one would suffer even more.
beautiful but prefer my BLNR (and the £20k saving!)
Not sure if it's purple IRL but I don't like the colours anyway. IMO Rolex hasn't nailed the ceramic Pepsi issue yet.

Oh and by the way... It's not on their website yet? That's odd, the new DSSD already is.
WG is bitter sweet: u have a special watch and u what it is vs the ss model. But most ppl would never justify the 20k Extra, for somthing looking similar.
Does look rather sweet but not sure if it's £20k more sweet than the BLNR.
Wow! Looks awesome, but i agree, i don't think its £20k more nicer than the BLNR,
Or you could have this......
And this.....
and a Daytona (if that's your thing ;-) )
And a good lump of spare change.
I don't have this watch, but I do have the black/blue ss GMT. I can confirm that on mine, to the naked eye, the colour transition in the ceramic is very sharp indeed.
If the BLNR is any indication, it's impossible to tell what the BLRO bezel will look like in real world lighting, as opposed to showroom lighting and lighting good enough to show the colors for a photograph.
My BLNR's blue section of the bezel in low light is indistinguishable from the black portion.
Nonetheless, the BLRO a beautiful watch and I'd love to have one, but I'm not buying a solid gold watch, ever, and now that the BLRO has been rendered in a white metal, there is no chance that it will ever be released in any other white metal, unless something about the bezel or the dial changes. too.
To do otherwise would be something completely different for Rolex.
BLNR in low light.
BLNR in partial sunlight
