I tend to be (mainly) a weekend poster these days, but even so I seem to be fast approaching a post milestone. I've given away a fair few freebies in my time and it's a bit old hat now, so I had an idea for a slightly left of centre give-away that may appeal to a few on here. Anyway, this is what I was thinking...
1) Anyone who fancies me taking some photos of their watch collection (up to three watches and - say - about half a dozen photos of each) post on this thread.
2) At noon next Sunday I'll call a halt and draw a name from all those who've posted.
3) I'll pay for insured postage (I have a Parcel Pro account so value isn't an issue) for up to three watches to be sent to me; or we could arrange a F2F in central London if that's easier.
4) I'll take some nice shots of the watches concerned and then return them to the owner, again fully insured and at my cost.
I've got no idea if this will be of much interest, but at least it's something a bit different. Anyway, post away if you're up for it
Edit: I didn't think for a minute that there'd be such an enthusiastic response, so I'll shoot one watch for the second name picked as well.

Nice gesture. I am not in, live in the Netherlands so no need for high postage costs. I do hope you get some forum favorites or also cheaper watches like the skx007. Most stunning shots from you and Jocke are from higher end watches but you guys are skilled enough to make me want any watch.

Great idea and a generous offer. I'm guessing it's limited to UK folks only, in which case I'm out. Would love some LTF pics of my Ariadne though, it's very hard for me to get shots that flatter the watch and show its true beauty.
