So after a frustrating strap changing session my skx011 is now on a nice jubilee bracelet which I'm liking a lot (better than any strap combination I've tried)

and my recently acquired SPB053 is on the Super--oyster that came with it.

These two will definitely be staying as bracelet watches from now on

I do like a nice strap but nothing I bought/tried really did it for me, I searched for previous posts and Jubilee bracelets were a common theme. Glad I got this one I'm liking it

Crafter Blue rubber and stock clasp is the winning combo IMO give it a try if you haven’t.

Why do people not like the supplied bracelet? I think it’s actually quite good bearing in mind the watch is a tough diver and not a GS dress watch. Just my opinion!

Tried the Orange Monster on the Erikas originals strap that my Doxa normally lives on and really liking this pairing!

I think it’s fine personally. But the links are a bit long and don’t taper to a small wrist in an ideal way. Less of an issue for bigger wrist folk

I’ve been LOVING the SPB185 - at first I was a bit dubious, having been a major fan of the older MM200, but the quality of the execution, the interaction of polished and brushed surfaces and the little details like the red dot on the seconds hand and the bevelled crystal really set it apart for me.

I had a little play with macro mode today...

Gave my SNZH another makeover during lunch today.

Borked the white handset i planned to use, long story, so reused an old set of FFF hands i had in the parts bin.

I really like that, is the bezel lumed? If so I might have to try to track one down or put one together

Nice new arrival for my work watch, always loved a Tuna but always a little too big for me, this one is the Seiko Prospex Urban Safari SRPE31K1, 43.2mm dial and only 12.7mm height & it looks mighty fine in the grey...

Lots of Seiko’s have come and gone for me over the last few years, but the Sarb035 is the best in my opinion and I won’t be letting this go.

I can see why P9CLY. I've never seen a Marinemaster like that, is it standard or modified?

    Hi Ryan

It is indeed a Mod Ryan,a very nice one too.I was drawn to it for a few reasons.Firstly the blue bezel, the gold and the look of a Rolex Bi metal.......if you squint a little.

Not normally a bi-metal guy but it works well with the Marinemaster shape.

I had a blue dialled Debenhams bi-metal Datejust-alike when I was about 10, so would love to find something wearable that reminds me of that one day :)
