    Tried one recently, awesome piece.
There was a blue one even before this, I think 2005, 45th anniversary LE, SBDX00C reference.

Thought it's my last chance to post here since I'm soon about to be Seiko-less. Saying goodbye as I'm selling it to a forum member.

This is a Sumo I've had for 5 years and has been good to me. Very reliable and had been mistaken as a more expensive watch a couple of times. It sits like a tank on my small wrist and yet still comfortable.

Compared to the new Tudor BB58, this is a killer blue! Just a shame I could never get along with the MarineMaster, but this sort of watch makes me question if I should try it again!

Very nice, looks much better without the Prospex logo.

    Seiko Arctura Kinetic.

Currently listed on SC as it just wasn't getting worn but the more I look at it, the more I think I should keep it.

Cyclops are terrible at the best of times, the rectangular Seiko ones are probably the worst.

    At least it's easily fixed

Looks good is it a crystal swap or did you just heat and remove the Cyclops?

    Hi All,

My 147 arrived today and i'm loving it. It really is a lovely bit a kit and has oodles of character. Here are a few initial piccies

And even a bit of a sunburst effect in the sun!

    Cheers
    Martin

I'd love to see one in the flesh. Those tones look really difficult to capture in pictures. The 1kish diver choice is great at the moment!

Yep, very difficult to capture. I was surprised with the sunburst effect, I really wasn’t expecting that. It really does have the subtle character of a vintage piece. Certainly worth a look.
