Seiko SNN233P1. It came on a nice bracelet but I've since fitted one of Pav's excellent straps to it.

Just arrived: dial from Lucius Atelier; "The Great Wave of Kanagawa"
Put in a SNKK87, looks well, I think!
No day-date to keep the picture full size.

And Eulit "Tropical" perlon strap, 1962, NOS.

    Enjoy, Jo!

I want one as well!! Does the dial look high-quality in person?
Also, how long did it take for it to arrive?

Very nice Starlight watch, lexminute !

The Kanagawa dial is high quality, no problem, fits 100% on 0300 Hr and 0400Hr Seiko' 5's, superb lume also.
It took 6 weeks to arrive, due to Covid-19, I think.

Nice work - always fancied a slightly faded bezel but worried about going too far with it. The black one looks perfect

Order the coin edge bezel and ceramic insert for my Seiko turtle from Singapore just before lockdown and it has finally arrived this morning, delighted.

Is that the original hardlex crystal?

I’ve considered doing the same but am concerned that the ceramic bezel would strand to proud of the crystal.

Looks fine to me on that front. Yes, only mod is bezel and insert which I think is quite subtle but worth it.

My wife has just bought me this SKX009 for a special occasion - it’s my first Seiko and I’d been wanting one for a while; just got to find a rubber strap that’s a bit more comfortable...

In my opinion the Crafter Blue strap suits the watch really well

I love my old school Landmaster. I thought I’d wear it on the bracelet - not done so in ages. It really does balance the watch well. Such a shame about the ratty end links and of course the slightly ugly stamped clasp because the bracelet itself is pretty damn nice and overall it’s pretty comfortable le.

Here you see the ill fitting end links better

I find a Tropic strap (Uncle Seiko in my case) works well, and is a vast improvement on the stock Seiko Z22 rubber

You can give them a little tweak with some needle-nose pliers and improve that. Make sure you wrap up the pliers first so no metal on metal.
I had the same watch, same issue!

Well I've had the watch for 3 years, and never really worn it on the bracelet, but been in a bit of a bracelet mood recently, so thought I'd give it a whirl. It's not annoying me...yet! But if it does more I'll give it a try, but knowing me, I'll get impatient and give it a good few yanks on the pliers. lol.
