New to me is this SRP777, which by Seikos standards is a bit of a freak because everything lines up and it’s running at +1 over 24 hours.
Just waiting for a flat vent now from Uncle Seiko. The Zuludiver Tropic is nice and comfortable but I think it would suit a smaller watch better. I prefer to see Seiko divers on flat vent rubbers.
    Very happy with my purchase.

New SPB207. Having tried the SPB185 and SPB187, I have finally found an MM200 reduced that I really like. The gold seconds hand with red shovel tip is a little much but I can live with it and worst case scenario, the combination of red, green and gold will be great over Christmas!

Nice! I was looking for one of them recently but I couldn’t find a nice example like yours. Congratulations!

Should you not bond with it please let me know.

    Merry Christmas

    Show your Seikos.

Trying to catch the grey starburst dial - it goes from near black to a lovely graphite

Sadly it's not my photo but it does show how nice the SLA021 really is.

    It most certainly does.

I'm in a Speedmaster phase at the moment, but when the mood to have a change happens, the SLA021 will be next.

Photo just in, this is away for a service but hopefully back by new year! March 1961 Blue Yacht with an SD dial. Only made for a couple of months in 1961 as far as I can find out (not much info on them is available).

Very nice. The swirly sunburst dial on these is very cool.

Lovely, the script on the dial is particularly nice.

Quick and dirty photo of the caseback from before I sent it away. Still a good amount of detail on it

Tnx Neill , interesting on this edition is the case and bezel finish. Only noticed it when I compared it with the regular one. Very fine sandblasted finish. Frosty :)

I've finally managed to get the bracelet re-fitted to the new arrival after a visit to a local Seiko dealer. Chuffed to bits with this....

Very nice! (I should have been quicker… ). Out of interest, what made the bracelet fitting so tricky?

Sorry, didn't notice this. I have several canvas straps from Diaboliq straps (instagram, facebook or web page). Tried many, but these are my No1 pick. Pricey but a strap for a lifetime imho. Nice military green canvas is my favourite, goes well on any sportswatch

Last wear of this gen 1 Stargate before it goes up for sale. Such a nice watch, loved it as soon as it came out.

Was one of my favourites but need something with more contrast as the eyes struggle with the gold dials.

Most of them are fakes..you are right to be cautious, this one looks good though!
I’ve got two of these over the years, and researched them thoroughly.

I've just got this out of storage. It's 41 years old and it is simply the nicest 7548 I've ever owned.
