Fair enough, I agree, and I did not say this should be done 'at the first sign' if you read what I wrote.

If you've got a few days planned sitting by the pool that is the best reaction, but if you are about to take a 6-hour flight or coach trip in the developing world, give a lecture, or hold an important business meeting, I guarantee your view will be different.

allways take a roll of cling film with me, its uses know no bounds, from wrapping dirty washing up, to covering food in hot countries, to covering sunburn with cream applied, the list goes on....
