I don't mind seeing pics of your next adventures!

Just out of interest. How long does it take you to do one of them? Say not much movements servicing required.

I also love the props and Rolex accessories you have!
Is that a RubberB on the Submariner?
I'm not service the movement and I guess it takes around a hour to do a dial change and a clean up.
The soild strap is a RubberB and the darker with holes is a Isofrane.

The parts I have to hunt for worldwide, it's not possible to buy those at a Rolex store. The ExpII parts I have for 10 years in my safe, just waiting for the right donate watch.

    Stunning

Must admit im liking that ExpII the fresh look with parts you have held for 10yrs!! just brilliant!! I wouldn't have the patience to wait 10yrs to find the right doner watch!!
You could make good money doing this for a select group of clients!!
I know franken stresses a lot of wis out but when the results look this much better than how they started it speaks for itself!!
    Goodluck!!

Really impressive. Not sure I could ever do anything that good but I do fancy getting a couple of knackered old watches and having a play!

If I could learn to change a crystal I'd be happy!

    They look superb.

I think it was Jocke who also had a Yacht Master with a subtle red date wheel change that looked great too.

Brilliant skills and a great read.

    Top work that man!

Some quality... Both with the tools and the camera.

After a few years lurking here I'd expect nothing less from Jocke though :-)

I see the dials and reproduction hands are easily avaialble on eBay which is interesting. No bezels though!

Hmm, now where to find an unloved 1675 GMT master...

Thats some truly amazing watches and photos.
Wish i could do this kind of work.
On the other hand, it makes me even more worried about buying vintage rolex without box and papers.

Great frankening of all these three, the best one I like is gmt into exp II. I am suprised how many people like it here.

  34. #84
Amazing Jocke, I enjoyed reading how you put them together (and the great pictures are a definite plus points!)
Erm, I think you should put it up on VRF (and send some of them purists into a proper fit)
