Rubber straps for baby dreadnought options

Hi all, I recently acquired the baby dreadnought and am looking for an orange rubber/silicone strap for it. I tried a Barton one, but it is a little slim for the chunky monkey that is the baby D.

Are there any options people could point me toward? I need something that is quite thick particularly around where the strap meets the lugs.

I did think about the Seiko ones that have the wavey ends to "fill it up"

On my previous Baby Dreadnought I had one of these, I'll be ordering another as the fit was excellent.

Found it! They seem to have one for £9.95 that looks identical as far as I can tell.

These have a nice heft to them, the material is much better quality than silicone and they wear better than the Bonetto Cinturini type ladder straps.

That is nice, but 20mm is the smallest in that model

Hi, I've recently bought this one from the Enoksen Watch Company, I've had a orange silicone one for a couple of years but it was a little too rigid and has faded over time. This one has a textured surface, stitched along the sides and also the finish on the buckle isn't too far from the case, overall I think it is a lot better than the last one and it's slightly more flexible.
I'm surprised that this watch isn't more popular, okay it might wear a little small for some but for me I wear it more than any of my other watches and love the way it changes when I put the orange strap on it in the summer, oddly though, when I first saw it on line I didn't like it and then randomly one day it just clicked, when it turned up it was far better than I expected.

Be careful with silicone straps. I have an Archer silicone on my polar baby dreadnought and after wearing it constantly for 6 days whilst away I found I had burn marks where the strap had been.
It turns out its a known thing.
I'm now also looking for a new orange rubber strap in FKM rubber.
earlofsodbury has posted some great info about straps he has bought and I'll be looking for one when I get home in a week.

Interesting about the silicone burn. Not heard that before. This will be my summer and holiday watch so I want to avoid it!

I will have a look into those rubber ones.

    Never experienced "silicone burn".

Seems to be an allergic reaction specific to an unlucky minority of people.

I thought it was something to do with the sun and silicone reacting

I have never had an allergic reaction and I wear plenty of silicone straps.

Went with this option from Amazon in the end. FKM rubber too.

Looks great! I have a similar orange FKM strap from AliExpress I keep meaning to put mine on, but I've just left it on the original bracelet. It's a pretty great bracelet.
