Speedbird III - screw in crown needs repair

I've owned my daily wearer Speedbird III since I purchased it from new when they first came out. Great watch.

It's developed a fault in that the screw in crown will no longer screw in. I suspect the thread has gone.

Can anyone recommend a watch repairer that can fix this? Many thanks.

Similar thing happened with mine - it was a simple fix - new crown tube just screws in.

The only tricky bit was getting the old one out.

Good to know, thanks. I'm not sure that my tech skills are up to repairing it myself, but never say never I suppose...
