Cheers!
Although that's kind of ironic as I'm from the Sheffield side of Barnsley...

Thanks!
Good Lord are we up to 170 already... !?
Number 162 arrived this Friday in Brussels together with a beautiful PRS-20 California for my wife.
I initially planned to order one for Christmas but it seems it was a good idea to order earlier
Hi KH. Could you please say what watchband you show your PRS-82 on is and where you sourced it?
I ask because one of my own favorite watchbands is a NATO in what the manufacturer calls "Desert Sand" colour and yours appears to me to be of exactly or at least very near the same colour as mine. However, the fabric of yours seems of a comparatively heavier Zulu-like weave. Whatever it is, I think the '82 looks especially good on it.
And if you don't mind my further asking, is that a Benchmade partially serrated/black coated [SBK] blade "Griptilian" your '82 is resting on?
Hope you got your Dreadnought O.K., BTW
Thanks
Hi Rollon,
yes, it is a Zulu strap - but it was from my own stock here and I have no idea how long ago I bought it. Did never fit a watch - until now.
Try here: http://www.miros-time.de/zulu-b%C3%A...ulu-hc-5-ring/ or here: http://www.esprit-nato.com/category.php?id_category=47
Yes, that' a Benchmade knife...
Any yes, I got a Dreadnought :-)
Best regards
KH
Mine was delivered yesterday at 14.48. I asked my wife to put it away until Christmas. She thought it might be an idea if she opened it up to see if all was in order. I asked her to tell me what number it was - that there will be a small number engraved on the case-back. When I came in later I asked her what the number was. She said :
82

Your patience is commendable :)
I assume your emoticon is because you know the "82" was probably the 82 in "PRS-82" ;)
What you really want is the xxx from the line below that:
"200 Metres 13070xxx"
(When I looked, I just realized that I left the plastic on the underside of my watch... haha - well it can stay there!)
Precisely.
I asked her to have another look this morning, and it is in fact No 174.
If you could update the map that would be great.
I don't mind waiting 'til Christmas - after a drought of a few years I managed to buy two watches last month, including one I've been chasing for a long time.
Cheers,
Jim
Thanks on that, KH, and for the links. Yours certainly looks similar to the "Sandfarben" colour Zulu at the first link [fourth Zulu listed] >
http://www.miros-time.de/zulu-b%C3%A...ulu-hc-5-ring/
but also the "Bronze Brown" Zulu at the second link >
http://www.esprit-nato.com/product.php?id_product=130
so I imagine your own Zulu shown on your '82 would be one or the other sold on these sites, or either if the respective Zulus sold at each site are from the exact same manufacturer in the same actual colour but differently named per respective site.
Either way, I think your PRS-82 looks great on that particular Zulu and the colour by any name is one of my own most favorite for nylon bands.
And I thought that was a Benchmade in the background of your shot so thanks for verifying. I'm familiar with that company's products because I've carried one of their older and now discontinued (but I think still excellent) models daily for years and like it very much.
Also glad you got your DN-GMT --- they went so quickly that everybody who did must have been fast without fumbles on the buttons
Number 39 is here in sunny Manchester.
Dear Folks,
#161 has found a home with me in Bournemouth, Dorset. I have it on the supplied grey NATO, and am pleased as punch – a fantastic watch, Eddie.
130 has landed with me today![]()
Cheers,
Steve

All of the 9 received this week have now been shipped and you'll have to add Poland and Austria to the chart.
Eddie
Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Sorry, should have updated - mine arrived some time ago but - and I can't believe I'm saying this - I'm giving it to my Dad for his birthday.
So I'm not sure what number, but it was from early batch 2 as I was one of the "special six".
It's taking iron self control every day not to just buy him a bottle of whisky instead.
Number 149 has just arrived here in YorkI can't see it until Xmas day though.
Soon we will achieve... global domination!
Thanks everyone, great info - list and map updated. I'll save the pie-chart update for later, maybe it will be a little less overwhelmingly British (Rule Britannia!)
But I figure if we get someone near Wimbledon, we'll have London surrounded.
No 69 now mine,in Bradford
Thanks for the update!
PS.
Found one more PRS-82 :)
Currently FS over on WUS in Singapore - he'll regret it (lol)
Last edited by redhed18; 8th December 2013 at 19:14. Reason: Change of plan about former owners...
Rather embarrassingly I completely failed to notice any of the PM's in my Inbox
All those updates have been incorporated, and apologies to everyone kept waiting.
Regarding former owners,
Had posted that I would use a Former Owners layer on the map when changes of ownership occurred.
I've re-thought that, and decided not to do so...
It'll give any new owner a clean slate.
cheers

150 (Grrv8) and 159 (son of Grrv8!) are in Eastbourne, (UK).![]()
Nr 141 arrived in Helmond, The Netherlands.
If I keep posting updates, some day I might actually be able to see the Sales Corner! ;-)
Found another PRS-82 - #11 - somewhere in the USA, currently for sale on WUS
PS.
teadazed, I've noted your serial in the list - may your Dad wear it in good health!
I've joined the forum just to add my name to the list. Please put 166 down as living in York.
This is by far the most expensive watch I've bought, am I wrong therefore to feel a little upset that there appear, at least from the website, to be more in the pipeline. One of the things that drew me to the watch was that it was going to be relatively rare.
Hi and thanks for the welcome
I must have been mistaken, I thought it did say limited to 200, but nevertheless it is a fantastic watch albeit I'll have to sell a few in the new year to counter the cost.
Cheers
#135 arrived in Southern Indiana.
116 in Singapore
