What the diameter of that? Had no idea they'd squeezed an El Primero into a ladies sized watch.
I suppose it's fitted into some small cases back in the day.
It's 37mm case, my wife usually wears 31mm midsize watches so was concerned this would wear to large but she loves it and it wears well.
That's a lovely ladies watch!
