They are rescued local feral dogs - pot cakes
We have a problem with uncontrolled breeding in the bush - there is a spay and neuter program for any adult dogs caught .
These two came from a local charity potcakeplace.com
Who rescue puppies , had them both from a few weeks old .

    Show us your dogs

Not really a picture of a dog. More a dog-related picture!

This screenshot is an extract from a Frontiers of Psychology article by Robert Sapolsky. In the lower paragraph an interesting observation about dogs, their owners and the hormone oxytocin. In short: looking at your dog releases that hormone, like the mother-infant bonding. And boosting hormone levels prolong the eye contact.

In so many words: when you see your dog as your baby or your child, there's nothing wrong with you!

My wife sent me the article. She currently busy collecting and reading articles for her Harvard Ph.D (her thesis).

    Spot on!
I tried everything including one that stated on the box that is completly indestructible.
    Guess what?
My staffie tore it apart in 15min
Then I rechecked the box ...there were like all the dog breeds written there as suitable
Except one written with fine prints
    You guessed....English Staffordsire
The Kong(the strongest one) lasts a few months....
