They're one-week old Wheatens, and we're hoping for an Irish-coated one.

2 weeks passed since the older dog ate an apple and needed surgery; the younger dog decided it was his go! Luckily we witnessed the dog swallow this crab whole!!!! A quick trip to the vets to make him sick and luckily no surgery needed.
These dogs are mental.
This is him feeling sorry for himself back home.
Surgery because he had swallowed it all, or because it is toxic ?

Yes, they all start out brown, then turn white, then a wheaten colour over time. Plus the Mum had her coat trimmed a lot recently too, so she's usually a wheaten colour as well.

Because he swallowed it whole. Given it's size it would have been unlikely to have passed and would have become a blockage.
Currently up in the Peak District with our cocker, Susie, on our Autumn 'dog' holiday. Well, you can’t leave them behind all the time, can you?

Sadly lost him to cancer in Jan. Best dog ever, got him as a rescue pup 10yrs ago and took us having 2 kids 5&7 years ago in his stride. Sadly missed, house seemed so empty without him.

Only 15months old according to his chip info.
No idea what he is, was advertised as a Jug(Jack Russel/Pug) Chiuaua, but can't see that. Most people, me included, think Jack Russel/ Staffy, but the vet who gave him his jabs last week thinks Jack Russel/Lab. Answers on a postcard.

Very handsome looking chap, to my untrained eye staffy is definitely in the mix. Very well done for giving the rascal a second chance!

Great you could give him a chance at life. Sounds like he needed someone, guessing he was advertised as not wanted and those dogs can end up in terrible trouble. He looks really nice.

Bobby settled in well and is great with other dogs.
We ended up looking after Lucy the Cocker again for a couple of weeks and Bobby loved having a play mate. So much so he has been rather sad and down since she went, soooo
