Not my hound, this is Tyson, he lives at my current customers house, its a very loud and shouty house both mum and one of the children are special needs and its also overcrowded. I have the entire bathroom out as im installing a wetroom. He sneaks upstairs, very stealthy, and creeps into the room where im working and presents himself for some fussage before laying on something im using shortly. For such a hyper and loud environment hes a very chilled lad

Still chasing those pesky butterflies and dragon flies.

For Elvis a daytime job. At the end of the day, he’s knackered.
But hey, a tired dog is a happy dog!

Nothing Dot likes better than to bring an old muddy wellington boot onto her chair in the living room.

Do you have an address in France, and do you go there regularly, or was it just a one off?

    Thumbs up

House there. Coivert 17330. Go as often as possible but this is the first time in a year due to Covid etc. Actually touring in the van at the moment with dogs. France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and now back in France. It actually feels like home after all that!

Don't know where that down thumb came from! I'm on my phone!

Shima at 11 months old. First time we let her off the lead in a public space. Fair enough it was absolutely slinging it down and there was no other dogs about but it still counts. Still some rough edges but she's coming along from the 6 month old "forest dog".

If you’re there and have a French address, go to your French vet (the one who does the worming before you come back) and ask him to make French passports for your dogs if you haven’t already.
Down side is that rabies vac will have to be done in France
Plus side is that you won’t need to have the new (and expensive) Health Animal Certificate you need with a Uk dog every time you go to the continent.
The tip comes from my (English) vet and I did just that this summer.

This is my boy's dog, Scout.
    In reality?
He's very much my partner in crime.
My own health hasn't been the best lately and he decided to keep me company on a period of bed rest.
Very much the calmest he's been in years. Usually a pup like ball of energy despite being nearly 10!

A tired dog is a happy dog. A full day in the garden takes its toll. He can roam around as much as he wants.

8 months this weekend and becoming a really big boy.

He’s not a typical Rottie when it comes to stubbornness. Until now: easy-going and he follows commands without a problem. Still, I don’t walk him without a leash when we’re off our property.
