Obviously most people stick these things on their helmets, so to speak.
    Hi,

I only really used the GoPro for the still shots, but did take a few video clips by accident. They're not particularly exciting, but here they are anyhow:

This is mine after today's ride to work. A terrific bit of carbon loveliness at last years C2W limit. Planning to add a Alu cross bike this month as a winter trainer / commuter.

Thanks, but the videos are showing as private.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Thank you; I think I've now identified that I need one of those, thanks a bunch . Really no shake or significant vibration at all.

They're good fun, only mistake I made was putting a 4GB card in instead of 32GB, otherwise I could have recorded the ride around Paris, but sadly it was full by then. :(

these are mine. i built them all from the frame up. i dont ride them nearly enough to warrant owning them but i like them anyway.

gt made from mostly spares out of the shed, built for riding around camp as bike with no rear suspension have no business being ridden off road.

these are my off road bikes

Good to see the thread is progressing! I'm endeavouring to get up early tomorrow and head out for a 20mile XC loop so standby for some early morning pics....... Or maybe not depending on if I actually get up! Getting dragged to some Polo in the afternoon so has to be early!

    My contribution

    Here's mine ;

Not on the bike anymore due to pure bone idleness........

Its a 1993 Colnago Master Pui Decor.

Dont think I will ever sell it ......it might be 20 years old , but i still love to look at it.

I did have a pipe dream about getting back on the bike last year and spent 6 months building the following bike before selling it on here to a TZ'er ........boy its beautiful .

    Colnago Extreme-C

Some cracking bikes on this thread, love that red Colnago.

Here's my very average Giant Defy 2, may upgrade next year to a carbon or steel frame with some decent bits on it and use the Defy as a winter bike.

It did get me up Ventoux though a couple of weeks ago:

2011 Giant Rapid 2 (no pics) for the commuter....puncture on the way in this morning in the pi$$ing rain....

I had to stand and fix it by a busy road...though my faith in human kind was restored but at least 3 bike commuters checking to see it I was OK, and had the necessary kit to repair it.

I'd also like to report I have done the same...so there is such a thing as Kama...

That was your big mistake, never show a girl shiny things in pretty colours - we can't resist we are just magpies at heart.

Not for racing about on roads or for doing the muddy stuff that a lot of you lot seem to do, but perfect for a quick trip to the pub...

and always make sure I have something horological involved also (Although I now use a Nero Lemania stopwatch - this was an old photo).

Went to the opening of Bike Park Wales today and had a most excellent time.
    http://www.bikeparkwales.com/

    The centre

Spectacular views of the beautiful Merthyr Tyfil ;)

Wish I still had a full-suser for it though. Beasted the Expolsif instead

    And my other rides

My daily commuter (but now with full mud-guards)

    My 1993 (NOS) retro baby

Some pretty expensive tack on display in this thread. Any of you any good then? What's your discipline?

  28. #78
My Sintesi Blade which I built up a few years ago. It's changed a bit since then with new seat post, stem and saddle but you get the idea.

My Reef which now has a new rear wheel to match the front, new saddle, new bars with integrated stem...

If only I had the time to use them at the moment... work always seems to get in the way.

Single speed Orange prestige (1993) 32 / 16 bugger on the hills and impossible to pedal on the flat , sel a vie ! Good for spinning training.

    commuter

this is my commuter and several sizes too small before anyone mentions.

Ironically its a 56cm and I am just under 6ft.

I also have a boardman pro ht, but its in the shed and hardly ever sees the light of day

    Nice bike.

You can't really use an off the shelf number as it depends a lot on rider weight (and a little on pressure).

You need to do a roll out test.

    This post nails it: http://forums.mtbr.com/29er-bikes/of...ml#post3264676

  39. #89
Cheers for that! IŽll do the rollout test then. :)

I posted some pics of this one just after I had finished building it. Well I can now say it is well bedded in and properly sized for me, and I love it.
The Ti frame is just so comfortable on longer distances, but sharp and responsive at the same time.

Now, will someone please buy my CAAD10 on Sales Corner so that I can buy a new winter bike !

    Pete

As an owner of a Rose I'd like to see this when it arrives. I found them very easy to deal with and have been delighted with mine which I've had for 18 months now (SRAM Apex).

Just back from a fortnight in the Dordogne where the riding was superb:
