Very good spot Mike!
They won't last long at 500 pieces each - I could wear any of those as well!
Just looking on Ebay and i see these new models, limited pieces of the old Giugario design and in the funky colours. £300 on Ebay.

Not a fan.
In regards to comfort this does not make much sense (unless you are left-handed) !!
If the case had been offset to the left instead this watch might have been an improvement as to comfort - but offset to the right it will only scuff the back of your hand even more than an ordinary watch !!
This is what happens when you let "designers" loose on something that has a practical use as well !! :-/
I have never had an issue with a watch catching my wrist/hand. Suppose it depends how close to your hand it is.
I wear watches on the right so this should be fine for me anyway.
Pretty sure Bishop also wore his on his right wrist...
Quite right - and also how tight your bracelet is !
I wear my watches on my left wrist and like to have my bracelets or straps a bit loose - so my watches tend to work their way towards the back of my hand :-) This watch would just ride on the back of my hand permanently unless i pull the strap tight just below my elbow !! :-D
I managed to get one SCED003. Interesting piece. I like it a lot, but it is understandable that this design is not for everyone's taste.
And some live photos of other models:
I have worn this piece nonstop for 2 weeks, and case placement is no problem at all. You don't have to be lefty to wear this watch comfortably.
Some dive and flieger watches with big crown are much more uncomfortable to wear and crown digs into the wrist.

The thought of a chocolate teapot came to my mind
There's a vintage one going for £999. Incredible!

I hadn't spotted Ripley wearing this; is it in one or all of the Alien films? Or none at all?!
I like it a lot, but too bad I have no more money to spend on watches for a while.
Can anyone confirm which movement this uses? I like it a lot.....
The black chrome version you linked wasn't actually worn in the Aliens movie at all. Ripley wore the silver version:

The asking price on that 7A28-7000 black Aliens offered by a UK eBay seller, that you linked, is just a 'tad' optimistic.
About double the going rate. If you want to see what prices they normally sell for check out this thread on my forum:

Now if you want to see a REALLY silly asking price for a 7A28-6000 Bishop, there was this one (yet to be re-listed):

Congratulations.
Seems véry good vfm imo!
It looks surprisingly modern and makes for a wellcome change of the thirteen a dozen luxury chronos adopted by the fashionable girls.
The proper pushers may be a bit cumbersome when worn on the left wrist but for timing they sure are more practical that the customary too small mainly ornamental things.
I'd love the blue one. I might have to think about it.....
