Who will flip first Dreadnought GMT and why?

I see that the arrival of the Dreadnought GMT is imminent or thereabouts and the anticipation amongst the TZUK community is almost to boiling point or will be at the launch.

Will these watches be keepers or who will flip the first for their own profit.

    Regards.

    Keith.

I may, or may not flip - if I am lucky enough to get one. It will have to up to my Dreadnought and Speedbird GMT, which won't be easy. I am sure there will be aplace for it though - so ti could be a very long term keeper.
It's just a matter of time...

If I'm lucky enough to get one, it's joining my growing hoard of watches for ever.

As Eddie has stated the Dreadnought GMT is not going to be a limited edition the supply should not be massively lower than the demand so the price should not get driven up massively over a relatively short period of a few years, some are bound to get flipped soon after the watch is released as some of the buyers will find its not for them. I would love an original as they are really special if your lucky enough to see one for real.

I figure there will be a few dumped on watchuseek pretty quickly. After all, if a Benarus(!!!!!!) can bring > $1000, this will probably go through the roof.

I have just had a look and these look like stunning watches

What are the likely prices of these?

Never bought one of Eddie's watches before is there usually a mad scramble for one?

Another 10 weeks or so to replace all the hands apparently. :(

Only upside is that I'm not going to be on holiday then :)

Ditto! And another few months to save

Another downside, though, is it's another few weeks to resist spending the DN GMT funds on something else!

Could be me. I'd love to own one, if only for the short period between ordering and the credit card bill arriving

However I also like the smiths diver and I just might be able to afford to keep that.

I suspect that I'll buy and keep what I can afford but I'm so tempted.

NB this is based on costs I have in my head, I could be well out.

Which is excellent as I have just spent all the money I had in reserve for one and more besides on something so 10 weeks to save a bit is much needed.
