A bold statement. So, where's the collection at? Assuming you're not a one watch man of course.

    It's PCL's by the way...

I've been meaning to ask someone, why? Personally I like it as a feature, so interested to know the mentality behind it. Is it just the same as the cyclops debate?

Hmm, that looks just as good as I thought it might. Will have to seek one out to try in an AD when the initial fuss dies down a bit...

Congratulations on being the first on here and with perhaps one of the most versatile watches. I never really got into the green version as it seems a bit staid. This is much more sporty, but not OTT for office wear.

Wow, wasn't expecting that. Congratulations on the watch and the first on TZ with one (that's publicised it anyway).

    Enjoy!

Good work BigD and looks great.

Fundamentally I dislike green on watches - but I like blue. I'd be tempted by one of these at some point.

That's a winner for me. I honestly never thought I would be getting excited over a modern Rolex. May have to go and have a look this afternoon...

Fantastic - looks great (and very nice to see one [i] so soon after Basel, and [ii] in a non-Rolex-publicity-photo/fair setting) - thanks for posting and enjoy!

    Well done sir!

Sorry to be the lone voice but I'm unconvinced by the colour combination. I look forward to seeing & handling one.

The shade of blue in the last pic is the best I have seen so far and most so far have been a slight purple ting. OP, is that what it normally looks like or is that the light hitting in a specific way?

Just tried on the new GMT at Goldsmiths in Eldon Square, Newcastle - looks great and far better in the flesh. Believe it it not but it is in the window so if anyone wants one today then suggest you call them and ask for Vicky Greevy.

Wow. Nice reveal. Wasn't expecting that either!
    Lovely watch. Congratulations!

I'll hopefully be trying one on soon.

    Congratulations, it does look good.
Although I prefer the subtlety of the predecessor, my opinion may change once I've seen the blue job in the flesh.

Nice. I've never really given the GMT's any notice. This model may well change that.

  36. #36
Congrats on being one of the first to get their mits on the new GMT!

I like this, and it's going to be nice as people post more real-world pic's.

Apologies but I was in a bit too much of a hurry to post and forgot to add my congratulations to the OP - great watch so well done and thanks for sharing your pictures.

The green is what put me off the ceramic GMTII, saw the basel pics and loved this one.

It seems to vary depending on the light. It goes from chalky to reflective.
