Swapped to this again earlier this evening, as the 358sa is awaiting a Toshi to replace it's "wonky" strap that does not sit right on my wrist.

Still, happy to have this piece of Gorge on my wrist again.

    HAGWE everyone

Haha... Well no. Junkers as a watch manufacturer wants to cherish the pre WW2 Junkers aeroplanes. There are many watch models based on pre war flight history in Junkers catalog.

It's a Christiaan van der Klaauw Ariadne. It's not actually a GMT, it's day / date / month with a 24 hour single hand / seconds sweep dial.
    And a moon phase, obviously.
    There's a tastefully modified Valjoux 7751 inside.

Photos never do it justice (well, at least my camera phone photos) - I must get some pro shots done some day.

I dont like my Speedmaster on black straps so sold most of them and put it on this one that came today.
With luck it will develop its own patina to match my 40 year old watch.

This literally only arrived yesterday and I've just finished sizing the bracelet so will be worn all day (and all weekend) as I decide if it's staying or not (wasn't quite the model I was after but got bored waiting!!!)

Sorry for the hasty phone pic

    Aye!

Hopefully this one wasn't put on the turd though!

I've cleaned it anyway, just in case!
