I have a 'reduced' Omega Speedmaster Auto that has lost its winding crown.
Can someone point me in the direction of a watch repairer who they would recommend to look at it?

Depends on a number of factors... how long has the crown been gone? what dirt/moisture got inside? what bit failed? how many parts it needs?
So... send it to STS and get it overhauled and done properly is my view, assuming you love the watch and want to keep it.
