Unfortunately, I wasn't joking. If you could do that it would be very handy, and much appreciated.

    Thanks

I bought the Transocean Unitime yesterday so my Breitling Box is now full.

I tried on a couple of alternatives by Panerai and Cartier but decided that this would get more wear.

I am very satisfied with this box now and although I still have a hankering for something made of gold, that will be a retirement gift to myself. Perhaps.

    Emergency emergency!

Looking box fresh after its service earlier in the year. I'm having a bit of a rubber thing these days so I put it on a pro3 rubber with micro clasp, super comfy and practical, and will keep that bracelet minty too (big thanks ross and marcel!)

    ^ ditto 😂

    There’s yellow, and there’s yellow!

I have a big love of yellow (and coral) Breitlings, but not so keen on that strap. Great watch otherwise though - is the case titanium?

  20. #1020

    A more conservative option then...

My missus just caught me looking at that again and said “You’re not thinking about another yellow watch again are you?”. She reminded me that I’ve had a few, apart from the custard SeaWolf I’ve owned a yellow dialled Seiko, Orient, Christopher Ward and Doxa.
The Breitling was definitely my favourite and I wouldn’t mind getting another...

I finally have my Aerospace back. I sold this last year along with most of my other watches. This is the only one out of all of them that I regetted massively.

Lovely Breity, but to my eyes your pictures shows the hour hand 'lagging' behind the minutes hand. Maybe perspective in your 'photo? Great Breitling collection BTW.

It does look like that in the photo so I have had a closer look and think its ok, probably just the angle of the photo.

I bought it from Burrells in Tunbridge Wells. There were a number of Breitlings on sale and they have a new sale starting on Friday so they may well have more.

Of note was a Blacksteel Bentley model with 5000 ish off the asking price at around 3500.

Thats a superocean heritage chrono. The range is a reissie of a watch made in the 50s. Its not as faifhfully recreated asbit could be perhaps but as far asbi know, this range has been one of Breitling's best sellers.

Mime is the original version with the metal bezel insert. The newest version has a ceramic insert and a different handset. It looks superb but not different enough for me to add to my collection.

My one and only Breitling, the Blackbird. I find their current offerings a little too big, but at 39mm this is just right for me.

A very nice watch, I've had this version and the Bluebird in the past.
