Back to back beauties!
I'm about to pull the trigger on a Seawolf II GMT. I hear it calling me and in pictures the stick dial loo0sk fantastic.
At 43mm wide and 12mm thick it should wear better than my 45mm x 17,5mm Skyland Avenger Chrono on my 6.75" wrist.

Following on with the theme.

About time this thread was resurrected with some more Breitling love.
Think I can add a little something to this thread.
A recent trade with Watchfinder means I'm now the proud owner of.....
Navitimer 125th anniversary limited edition. Only produced during 2009 as far as I know. Limited ish, 2009 copies. A lot of subtle differences to a regular Navitimer. 43mm and wears very well on my 6 3/4" wrist.
Edit: I give up trying to orientate the photo correctly! Arrgghh

I bought my second Breitling, the newly released Colt Chrono Blacksteel (44mmx14,7mm) a few days ago and I love it. I upgraded the strap to the black/anthracite military rubber and folding clasp and it makes a world of difference.
The quality and the dial especially feels and looks great, I even like the odd shape of the lugs.

Love that Breitling
A bit different to the rest on this thread....
that's very nice looking indeed
Thanks guys. Somewhere further back in the thread is a photo of my fathers which is very similar but has a date. It was given to him on his 21st by his parents.

thought I'd try out a breitling gold leather strap on the chronomat. I tend to like brown straps on blue faced watches but I'm not convinced.
I think you are right. the gold is a nice colour but in hindsight I don't feel it goes all that well with most of my watches.
I have tried an old battered brown Croc and I like the look of it

While liking the design - the ergonomics are crazy (IMO)...... an analogue face relies upon a quick glance, and assimilation of the hand positions with the prevailing time. To have a watch with only a 24hr face, where the hand-position is "not analogous" - defeats the purpose.
Would only work for the individual who has only that watch to consult, and doesn't look at any clocks...........

Picked up the Avenger GMT. Good size and thickness at 12mm.
You've chosen the best dial option in my opinion - black with stencilled numerals looks superb.
I was tempted to buy that model recently, especially as it's a more wearable size than the likes of the Seawolf. I just wish it came in a brushed version too, as well as polished. I bet it would look great on the military canvas
My first Breitling after a brief dalliance with an Emergency over four years ago.
Avenger II Seawolf Blacksteel
It's funny how tastes change, this time last year buying an yellow dialled watch would have been unfathomable by me, but I picked this up on Thursday and I absolutely love it.
The yellow is a bit darker (more akin to the colour on the Breitling boxes) than the regular Seawolf (they had both in store so I could compare) and just looks gorgeous in combination with the black steel and canvas strap.
Good timekeeping as well, running at +2 s/d.

The Steelfish had to briefly visit BUK again, and was picked up from the AD this afternoon upon it's return
Still one of Breitling's finest in my opinion.
I wear my Blackbird Big Date more than any other watch in my collection.
Picked up an Avenger Blacksteel this week in a very satisfactory deal with Watchfinder leaving me with a breitling collection like this:
Rather nice looking special edition of the SOH 46
