I put the Navi on this sailcloth strap which I think is from an Avenger Blackbird. Well pleased with this combination.

A bit of appreciation for a generally under-appreciated model:

    An unplanned addition arrived today,

Have the same model with black dial but could still not resist.
Whilst the blue dial works well on rubber (IMO anyway) I think it'll look ace on bracelet.

I've never been a fan of the Navi with white face, but have to admit it is a classic Breitling design.

That combo however - is a class look.

    Nice one!

Thank you very much. I really do like them all. B1 probably gets worn least but it was my first so i like it anyway. I can definately see me wearing the B50 a LOT! I have lots of bracelet and strap options which makes it feel like more watches.

I kind of want a final breitling to fill the last space, but theres nowt else in the line up that i really fancy and actually the next watch i might try and save for, will be a Cartier most likely.

That's a lovely bunch of Breitlngs.

The Blackbird Red Strike, gets more than it's fair share of wrist time, and for good reason!

Been offered a black faced Steelfish chrono on bracelet from a dealer for £2.7k. Hoping for some advice from the Breitling connoisseurs on the forum as this would be my first foray into Breitling. My question is, is this deal too good to walk away from? Would I lose massively if I decided to move it on? Seems like a great deal.

Steelfish chrono is not the most popular Breitling and may be hard to shift later on, but if you plan to keep then that won't matter.

Didn't think I'd bond with the white dial but it changes so much in different light that I love it!

If any Watch, in the history of watches, ever should never be made in gold, it's the B2... and yet that is fantastic beyond description! I love it!!

    Absolutely love that.

This style of watch is exactly where Breitling got it right and they should have focused more on this range.

I've had a few like this, most recently an Avenger Skyland, but I love this one.

Is the dial flat or guilloched like the superoceans?

It's a flat no nonsense dial, the colour changes depending on the light.

I've been looking pretty hard at Breitling recently. I really like the design specifics of the avenger range; the stencilled numbers, the bold look. They just don't quite so far have anything which pulls me in. I really like the bandit, but its nearly 17mm. The GMT has a nice profile, but there is a lot of polished metal there and the black steel isn't available with numbers. I don't even want a GMT function!
Why can't they make a non-chrono, not GMT bandit with decent lume and on the olive green military rubber with Ti deployment? Are you reading this Breitling?

I still might buy one mind

    Something Fishy (Greetings to RobbieG).

My favorite Breitling ever. The blue Steelfish. Now I own a '06 Transitional model (X-Plus) though.

A great watch and at times I regret selling mine on. I just wish each of the markers were lumed rather than being solid and polished.

But what a beast your latest edition is.

This is my first Breitling and the more I wear it the more I realize how perfect it is. It's the comfiest watch I own, the superquartz makes it a hassle free pick up and go, but the best thing about it is it's versatility. It seems to go with everything. That's without even changing the bracelet to a leather or canvas strap.
Never thought I could love a quartz this much.
