If its in the EU there is no import tax
I would like to know if member that is for example located in UK buys or trades a watch from a fellow member that is located in Germany,Slovenia etc....do you just get the package at your home address,or do you have to pay any tax (customs)?
I would especially like to hear experience from members that are located in Slovenia,Bulgaria and Romania (especially looking at the first month of EU membership)...

as said above, the parcel is treated the same, as if it had come from the same country.
maybe an advise. send it as registered mail if you want to have delivery proof.
No taxes from the state. Now the wife, that's a different story...
Provided VAT (or equivalent) was paid in the country of purchase, of course...
