    can anyone assist me with pointing me to which hands are correct for this dial:

    No expert

    but I thought the common consensus was that with these dials the 'A' in Omega should be flattened and there should be no kook on the 7? Should also have a broadarrow on it?

    The dial is certainly re-painted (and the crown is wrong). Assuming it was originally a WWW dial, then the original hands would be sword-type, as seen in this thread from MWR:

    The MoD also used service hands as replacements, which were straight.
