Watch Presentation Box - Where to get one?

I am currently getting an old watch repaired & serviced to give as a gift when done. I would like to put it in a presentation box of some sort but have no idea where to get one from. The watch is a Helvetia so there is very little chance of me getting a box branded. Where can I get a nice box from that won't be silly money.
