I'm with you on the blue face and white hands but not so sure about the black bezel, think blue matching the face would be more coherent...
Is there a particular colour combination that ticks your boxes?
Mine would have to be blue dial, white hands, (with a splash of orange), black bezel with white numbers and a black strap. Nice :)

Off white dial, blued hands and indices, medium brown calf skin strap - works for me every time...

I want one of those with the cream dial and blue hands...
I know what you mean :)
Quite a fan of this combo; a dash more red might be nice.
Good thread. I especially like Wexford's Omega and Dave's Longines. Here's my current face colour combo - green & yellow/gold
I think that's just the right amount of red :)
Depends on the watch/use for me...
Dress watch. White dial, blue hands
Diver. Black dial, orange hands
Tool watch. Black dial, white hands

I actually like a variety of different colour combinations, although my current 'best' watch is blue dial, steel bezel and dark blue alligator strap.
Interestingly I don't understand the blue dial/black bezel/black strap combo described by the OP - I just don't think black and blue work together in a watch...

Black & blue may not work together all that well but black & red do:
Picture from the internet as I don't yet have one of these...
Blue dial, blue bezel and silver hands.
