Same first name and same address though, its obviously an alternate spelling.

It's a transparent market with open information. Therefore, I don't think there are exceptional deals: everyone knows more or less the prices. I would avoid those so-called super-deals.

US White Pages, they also give the alternate spelling and claim that there is only one person in the USA with that name.
