great watch
It has 24mm lugs - how could I miss that? Now I want one to wear my 24mm strap collection on it :bounce:Originally Posted by holmefield

love that watch
Love that combo and have seen a few people on here that have it on either the PRS-20 or a PAM, however I've gone for Tobacco with the Royal Blue stitching - needed that brown leather to be a bit more, er, brown :)Originally Posted by holmefield
Can't wait for it to arrive...(hint hint Rich :D )
Quick question that I hope someone can answer for me. I was looking at the tan calf leather 'ostrich' straps for sale on Eddie's site and it's shown on what looks to me to be a cream dialled PRS-20 which looks absolutely stunning. Was this a prototype, part of the LE spec, an option or something like that?
Cheers
Gary
AFAIK it was a prototype - Eddie may have one or two cream dials tucked away if you're really keen - could be worth a PM :)Originally Posted by galewis
There's a thread about somewhere - had a quick look but couldn't find it I'm afraid

Eddie, did you ever supply the PRS-20 with the cream dial, as per your press pictureOriginally Posted by swanbourne
If so - who's got one for sale - its stunning
I've never sold any, that was an early prototype but it's not really a cream dial, it's a full-lume dial. There's another thread running on this - viewtopic.php?f=17&t=88596Originally Posted by thattallchap

Good watch?
I've ordered mine! Can't wait for it to arrive. My first PRS watch :).
Probably going to plump for one too...start with the black face and see if I can resist the full lume later on...
You have given a nice information about Italian PRS-20 Specs.I will like to add something that it has a manually wound movement Unitas and keeps excellent time. Crystal, bezel, sides and back are perfect with only some "swirl" on the back of the watch wear. The attention came with a leather case, but the zipper works properly and quickly I found . Instead I will travel case cover image below.

Spam.
I fear Eddies Boom machine will take another victim soon.......Originally Posted by cherylfoster
The PRS-20 with the full lume dial looks also great. But I prefer the one with the normal dial.

The full lume which has sold out.
But the black dial version is available.
The ETA movement winds like butter - get one while you can.
I have the black faced PRS20 and fitted it with a brown strap classic with a black face and brown strap, and I bet it would look superb with a Pittards riveted antique strap too, have the look as if it had come from a WW1 Sam Brown belt
Yes I agree
I got a lot of interrest on this watch but something is retaining me, the hands.
On Timefactors website, first pics, hands seems dark blue. On the others, light blue. Not really my taste.
How do they appear in real life?
Could someone post other pics please?
There are plenty shots on the web, as always Google is your friend. Please note that some of the watches shown have been modded with replacement hands.
That search has made me miss my 20C. :(
Good luck.
Depends on angle of viewing.
Dial seems to me too empty.
A little "made in England" or a little second hand would have completed it nicely don't you think?
Nice looking watch
