Blimey, that top one's a bit of a looker and I don't normally like skeleton dials.

It ain't cheap (approx. £5k from what I can gather), but then again it's not your run of the mill Chinese timepiece. And if it carried the name of a major Swiss manufacturer on the dial I wager it would run into tens of thousands.

What' the point of a tourbillon if not the "savoir faire" of the watch maker and the reputation of the manufacturer?
You'll just end up with a inaccurate watch if you get one of these...

The intricacy of the complication is the appeal for me I have two Chinese tourbillons and I love them, wonderful things to watch and they look and feel very special.

Which 2 do you have? I've been intrigued by these for a while.

Definitely liking the first one. What's the currency?

Has anyone bought one from them?

I have considered one of these before. What has always conerned me is what happens is it requires service, can it be done? or like most things from china do you throw it away and buy another.

I have one and it actually is very precise.
My watchmaker was rather stunned when looking at the results on his Witschi.

I do think that for the money they are absolutely superbly made.

Entry-level ones, maybe. The good stuff is still made in the latter three countries (plus Italy) last time I checked...

    Impressive machining!

im a fan, however the only annoyance is when the put text on the dial (like the original post POWER, TOUBILLION) , it cheapens whatever design is on the watch...

The BHI have a chinese tourbillion watch that is good value - Thats a nice one and has a good name behind it!

Be interesting to see how their attitude towards IP changes as they start to design as well as manufacture

I had a Chinese Toubillon that was at the cheaper end of the scale and the time keeping was fine. I always worried about how much it would cost to get it serviced though!

I would love to take one apart ... Anyone :p

I like the fact the website has a British flag next to English and not a yank one!

This is pretty much my stance on chinese tourbillons too. The first one in the OP looks stunning.

The BHI one is identical to the black dial one I own. Not sure if you can still order it? I found a link to an order form (not sure if it's still active) and it's £456 delivered, which is excellent value.

That first one is stunning in a sort of Admirals Cup Corum kind of way.

Id like it if an owner of one of the Chinese tourbillons would make a little video of the rotations.

Be great to see it in action

Quite an interesting series of watches, especially if they're all mostly as accurate as what has been said. My only worry would be getting it serviced or repaired!

Can't help but admire the workmanship.
Real shame you can't see what time it is.

I've always admired that one on the Seagull US site, shame it's still so expensive. :p
