As for the watchmakers, where abouts are you?
Hi. I now that i dont post much. Mostly spend time reading and cant come to write something.
But I had a bit of luck and got this two unimportant watches for 60 quid.
they might not be in the best condition but they work and i cant complain about the price:-D
6306 runs 4 mins a day fast and 6105 runs 7 mins a day late.
Is there a good watchmaker around which can clean and regulate the movements?
I will probably keep them as they are.
And what will be the cost.

They look like they could be ideal DIY projects.
For £60, i'd say you did very well.
Love the 6105. If it's all original, I'd get it serviced and wouldn't change anything else.
I've had watches serviced by Roy Taylor at RLT and Steve Burrage at Ryte Time. I can recommend them both.

I believe there are a few on this forum that could do that, I know there's one in Wakefield.
thanks for your replies. I am in cheltenham but travel to bristol every two weeks. As for the watches i got the 6105 from carboot sale for 40 quid after bit of haggling. And 6306 is from fleabay for 20 with no picture and local pick up from bristol. really lucky to find them. As for originality am not expert. I like them with te wabi they got. Its the time keeping which worries me.
