Ha!
He's just mailed me a story about buying in the states and losing the box when he moved....
I asked a few questions and he's fobbed me off. Won't give me better pics, and have me a fabricated non-existant model number! No box and papers of course, but he had no idea that its a special edition! One of 250, so surely you'd be a little more careful with the box and papers........!!!!
I've reported him, please fire at will before the high bidder loses himself a shed of money (not me by the way)

someones going to be disappointed with the purchase
10000% fake. I had the genuine version of this watch but sold it to get my Monaco. If you're after one of these though rick I can get you a decent discount on TAGs as I'm friendly with an AD.
Ebay is always dangerous...everyone needs to be careful there!reported...
Apart from anything else-it looks terrible.
I clocked it was a fake immediately and asked for more pics, and strung him along with JUST enough rope to hang himself.... Biggest giveaway to me was the fact that it says chronometer on the dial but every gallery picture on the net (and on tag heuer's site) says automatic! Then I googled the model number (that doesn't exist) and the buckle is off a grand carrera plus it has a solid caseback..... Anybody with a braincell should be able to see it with 1 minutes research.
Wayne, I have 2 41mm Carreras already and wasn't really interested in getting another, just "spying" on prices tbh in case I dispose of one....
Someone has put in a maximum bid of £1000 :)
I have a very old ebay account that I set up years ago before you needed all the Paypal guff.
Nothing about the account is genuine and as long as the seller doesnt block people without a certain level of feedback they can bid.
Hopefully the seller is greedy enough to let someone like that bid.

if they get enough from us then they may actually do something about it
Reported mate ;-)
Still up there.....!!!
I still think that Ebay makes enough money, to do their own policing. Failing that, they could hire some WIS', like some software companies take hackers aboard .
Still there this morning and now over £1,500! Ive reported it again.
I reported it as well yesterday.
Just goes to show what an unconscionable racket ebay/paypal is.
Reported from here as well
Unless you can prove it is fake then they just wont listen.
Reported loads of stuff in the past and nothing ever happens, they just sit there rubbing their hands to how much they will get from the sellers fees.
They will sit behind their Paypal protection that offers no real protection anyway.
I will keep bidding and make sure I win, like I am doing at the moment.
I bet the sellers is loving the thought of £1500+ he will be disappointed initially unless he gives the next person a second chance offer.
If you win leave bad feedback about selling fakes ;-)
I'm currently the highest bidder. Is that good or bad?
“Don’t look back, you’re not heading that way.”
I can't believe this listing is still active, needless to say I to have reported it...for all the good it seems to have done so far!
I have just reported it now also fingers crossed some one doe snot get burnt.
Now £770......
Guys Can you keep reporting it ......I have just stuck a stupid bid on it.........I will win it to save someone from being ripped off .I wont pay the seller can complain as much as he wants.
Ah, but - you cannot have a legally binding contract with someone who is a) attempting to defraud you / acting in bad faith and / or b) which relates to a breach of criminal law... obtaining goods, services or pecuniary gain by deception pretty much covers that bit.
There is also the fact that sale itself is in clear breach of eBay's Terms & Conditions of Use.
Even if not for those points the old legal doctrine of quod est necessarium est licitum in that you are attempting to prevent an actual criminal act from taking place puts you well in the right as far as I am concerned ;)
Quick update
Well I had a reply from the seller at about 5 this afternoon.Very nice message but wanting to know how I wish to proceed with payment. IMHO A very professional reply that sorry to advise that the watch is not authentic and I will neither buy or sell a fake watch and that he was very lucky that Ebay did not pull the listing.
No reply from seller .
