Authorised repairer for Ferragamo F-80?

Over a period of two months I have lost five of the metal hour marker batons from out of the bezel of my F-80. Anyone know the best place to get it repaired? I understand they are manufactured by Timex but I can't seem to elicit a response from them. Tried asking a question on the Ferragamo site and also got no response.

Some googling found Gevril Group who distribute Ferragamo watches in the USA. It's not clear if they make them too. Gevril Group have a UK/EU office in Manchester, contact details here: http://gevrilgroup.com/europa/. They don't mention Ferragamo in relation to the UK/EU office but you might find out some more leads from them.

One other point is that the ceramic cap at the end of the winder has also fallen off!
