    Anonimo Repair

    Hi,

Hopefully someone can point in the right direction for a (I hope) simple repair job on my Anonimo Day-Date. The crown & stem have parted company with the movement, I unscrewed the crown to set the time/date when it came out. Ideally would like somewhere I can visit in person, so as not to subject the watch to our wonderful postal service. I work in West London, live in Surrey. Cheers!

Have you tried simply re-inserting the stem and turning it gently until it engages? It's not unknown for watches to come from the production line with the stems improperly engaged.

Thanks for the tip, will try that later, although I've had the watch for years with out any previous issue with the crown/stem. Cheers.
