That's, well, eh, noice to say the least!
Daddel.
Thanks to holmefield I have a box to keep some more watches in, instead of leaving them locked away, or lying around - as the Subs and Sea-Dwellers have taken up my Rolex box for quite some time - but now I can have a change, that's much easier than driving to get some more watches out of the safe.
:)

Variety is the spice of life after all :)
I wonder whether if I should be a box for the non autos?
It's just a matter of time...

Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
I was going to do a couple of Omega box pics - but I left a few in the safe and also forgot I've sold a few to pay off the mortgage! :(

Man, that DN just jumps right out at you. What a great watch!
Stunning.
Do you have one of these.

What is the watch to the right of the DN?
BMW Z watch - buy made by ventura - it was the winner of the 2001 red dot design awards and uses the VEN99 automatic/electric movement - touted as the worlds first auto/lcd digital, apparently) 8)Originally Posted by liggy
Called Z watch - because it opens like this - not because of the cars:
I do have a couple of the non Z watch case models too - like this one:

I did set that up though - the DN is higher than the other watches ;)Originally Posted by jbravo

Cheers for the detail Omegamanic. Like the strap operates very cool.
very nice indeed. How do you chose which to wear.
Nice collection.
Ditto. Nice collection.
I generally just close my eyes and reach into this box :)Originally Posted by s67

I would definatley be late for everything if I had that lot to choose from every morning! Outstanding collection you have sir, and a lovely balance between a Rolex collection and some other brands to keep it interesting.

Wow Scott, that's a proper teaser... where's the Ploprof gone?
There are more watches I haven't taken pics of - but I have sold quite a few in my bid to clear/reduce the mortgage.Originally Posted by michalko82
However, the Ploprof went to a new home in Sweden last week. I had to make some hard choices in relation to watches that I could let go tor pay the mortgage - I thought I couldn't do without the PP1200 - but after I sold my first ever Rolex, there is no watch I couldn't sell - but the V serial SD's are going nowhere.

Please fell free to post some more pictures of that box
I love the sword hands on that SMP. I think that model is far superior (and more original) than the other SMP near it. I (and I guess many others) would love to see a new models come out based on it! Nice collection all round.
I prefer the 2531 - but the 2254 (the one you prefer) is very nice too :)Originally Posted by McTeflon

You obviously don't suffer from OCD 'cause they all have a different time showing!

Wow - what a collection :)
Never seen that BMW Z-watch before. Oddly amusing thing.
Has something about it - I liked it from the first time I ever saw one and it was bought for me as a present 8)Originally Posted by Getzione

I'm in awe of the entire row of Sea Dwellers
It is probably the same type of illness as people that have 5 Ford Fiestas :lol:Originally Posted by jbravo
The 16600 is my favourite watch though and instead of having a more expensive brand, I just bought more of what I like.

All different Face colours to wear
Some Amount of Divers

I prefer black dial watches - but do have most colours covered. I do need to increase the whites again though, having recently sold my new shape EXPII.
Hey EtiOriginally Posted by buddy13

The bright red is because the watch isn't used

Just saw the Rolex box on page 2  ...some truly nice Rolex divers in there 16610LV, 16600 and 14060M all together...truly brilliant :drunken:..Originally Posted by Omegamanic

Not used  ?! Now that explains why it's so bright and crisp...however a beauty like that should be worn everywhere IMHO!
Well done Scott...
Very Nice! The dial one the Breitling looks fantastic, really like that!
It's my favourite Breitling (the first I ever bought and currently the only one in my collection)- Limited Edition of 1 of 100. I believe there is a small series of these in different dial colours and Wempe had an anniversary edition that also used the same dial layout. I can't understand why other Breitling GMT's did not use the same layout (although from a selfish point of few I am glad they didn't), as it is infinitely better than the other options used.Originally Posted by zak
