I liked HOT AIR the new Steve coogan movie.

Perhaps it’s meant to be more but if you accept it’s just a feel good chick flick.

Family’s living with regret sticking together in the end.

    I enjoyed it anyway

    The upside

    Comedy/drama

Solid 8 out of 10 for me funny in places and tells a lovely story of friendship based on a true story.

    Angel Has Fallen...
Its a bit formulaic and there aren't really any surprises (for instance, if you can't work out who the evil mastermind is really quickly then you don't watch enough of these films!) but it was entertaining and I enjoyed it. The usual proviso stands I.e turn of a few brain cells.

I enjoyed Yesterday. And as per another poster Angel has Fallen was a decent action flick.

Watched the new space epic, Ad Astra starring Brad Pitt. Very thought-provoking and entertaining.

In the Shadow of the moon...is ok, has a sort of Terminator story line.

Watched that last night, and enjoyed it.

Unlike any Tarantino movie though, I don’t think it will stand repeat viewings.

Still, better than most of the crap on Netflix and Sky.....

    Rambo-Last blood

It was crap but I enjoyed it. Went with my 21 year old lad (who has never seen a Rambo film) who thought it was ok.

Stallone really could act a bit when he was younger, if you watch the “Nothing is over!” Speech at the end of first blood, rocky one or two, or the “Expendable” conversation in 1985’s Rambo, but nowadays he shuffles and mumbles his way through.

I did still quite enjoy it though, whilst acknowledging it wasn’t very good.

Opening scene gave me hope of a decent movie but it quickly became clear it wasn't going to be anything more than a mildly jumpy Goonies movie.
It wasn't bad, nor was it good...It just was.

Oh and it's laughably too long...Were it not for watching it at an Odeon lux with it's big, soft recliners I doubt my arse would've made it to the end.

It's all about Joker for me...Like a shitting dog with excitement.

I know it isn't the newest film, but I watched Ready Player One the other week and loved it
