There is a wonderful section in "The Third Man" where a cat leaves a flat and rubs itself against someones legs - still perhaps the mot beautiful combination of image and music ever (in my opinion of course), although the intercuts of Viennese faces caught in the headlights in Holly Martins madcap ride through the city, or the gorgeous long shot at the end of the film come close.
I love "the third man" too.

So atmospheric and that zither theme makes it IMO.
