I never understand what people who steal these things are planning to do with them? They are so unique that I would not have throughout you would just hock it down a local pawn brokers or walk around your local asking if anyone wants to buy a genuine $500K watch for €100 and a pint :drunken:

im sure hes a lovely guy, and im not slaughtering the guy in any way, the fact he does not pay for his watches and hes a multi multi millionaire softens the blow of feeling sorry for the bloke, id be amazed if he was not fully insured and or will be given a replacement pretty soon.

Man paid to wear very expensive watch loses very expensive watch in hotel theft, can't say i'm that bothered, Richard Mille make incredibly nice movements, but hideous watches, this one is just a total waste of time for me, $600k for a light watch that you struggle to tell the time with, that you pay a tennis player to wear during matches, when a) he has very large clocks all around him and b) he doesn't exactly need to know the time :lol:

It's the same with the Bubba Watson Richard Mille, hodinkee did an article going on about how great it was, they take pictures and then go on about 'oh but it wasn't cleaned', to try and explain the fact that it was suffering severe corrosion, due to it being made out of magnesium alloy, a substance you would never make a watch out off due to its reaction with things like water or sweat!

at the end of the day its worked, even stolen it gets attention and were here talking about it, looking at the guys post above reading how the case corrodes due to sweat etc, it would not suprise me if its just a good way to take the watch out of the public eye, stolen????

Bit of negativity around this issue. I couldn´t agree less, he is an example: a billionaire but having a simple life, surrounded by his family, spending his holidays at home, and dating a local girl rather than a model.
