Closer to the sea than mine ever got :)

Wanted - Damasko DC57
Super pictures, and like Andy's, a lot closer to the water than mine has been :)
Cool photos!
How do you enjoy the rubber strap? I have just fitted the ti end pieces and black velcro to mine.
Have you tried Natos or Zulus or even leather on this watch?
Beautiful :) and i am seriously tempted to withdraw my 03 from sale and take diving with me next week
Nice watch and nice piccies. Thanks for sharing.
Last time I did something like that I got flamed for getting a watch close to sand, and for getting a 50m rated watch wet.............

Aaaah - the beaches of Denmark... I suspect IWC had something a bit more exotic in mind :D
Great pictures :)
I have a bracelet for it but I prefer the rubber. Also it looks better than the bracelet. Isn't there a textile strap available?Originally Posted by ODLOWEND
I never got the velcro for mine, do you got pictures to share?

AAHHHHH!!!..cool pics....one day I gonna buy this watch.....has to be in a collection.....
Nice pics.
I've taken mine down to 40m; still works!
.
It's a classic and the only watch you will ever need. Just don't get it wet. :D

THIN is the new BLACK
I would say these are the nicest Aquatimers ever made. I love the relief on the bezel.
Lovely photo's Henrik.
Sure, I can get a few photos of the black velcro online later this week.Originally Posted by henrik
I really wanted the end pieces so I can use a grey nato strap over the summer. The velcro part is not very impressive at all with low quality materials and poor stitching. But it is worth it for the end pieces for sure!
I also agree with many of the comments. This is an amazing watch to me and still looks perfect at 18 years! Mine was new in 1994!!!
A great solid diver - nice pics!
Beatiful watch :bounce:
It' on my wish list, way down the road.
Now go get it wet!!!
That's about as close to the sea as I would want to be with an IWC Aquatimer.... The last 2000m one I had leaked in the bath when it was only weeks old!
What a superb watch great pics :bounce:
Lovely pics of a great watch! I still wear mine often, its one of the watches ive owned the longest... its also one if the simplest and no one comments on it... perfect! :)
Since I've sold my Dornblüth this is now my oldest watch and also the one I wear the most. You're right about the stealth as no one ever comments on it which is just the way I prefer it. I'm thinking about getting the white dial SS one... or a Ingeniur 3227... or a AP 15300.... or a Sinn EZM3....Originally Posted by JonW
