Saw Wolf Alice a few weeks ago in Brixton and they were great

“The Classic Rock Show”. In Basingstoke in a couple of weeks.

Great performances - no overdubbing, what you see is what you hear.

If you ain’t bothered about seeing all the ‘70s/‘80s originals (with their backing orchestras and miming). - The Classic Rock Show makes for a great night out!

I saw them in Southampton. One of the best live bands you can see imo. Support act was distinctly average though.

I saw the tribute band Bon Giovi in a social club in Cwmbran a few years ago. They were amazing, despite the middle aged ladies invading the stage.

    Gotta love Cwmbran....

I know a couple of places where to buy tickets. But I have not yet decided where exactly. I started my search here - https://concerts50.com/upcoming-concerts-in-virginia , I need at least 5 tickets. What do you think?

I saw them a few years back too in Bournemouth, one of the main reasons to go. Should be a good night.

Jimmy supporting Frank Turner? Surely it's the other way round?

    Where is the gig?

    Hey LikeLight1, I think there’s a misunderstanding.
I’m going to see Leo Sayer in St Albans in England.
I think you’re referring to the other St Albans in West Virginia, USA.

Was supposed to be seeing Ozzy Osbourne in the next couple of weeks.
Tour postponed as Ozzy is ill.

This follows yesterday’s announcement that OSBOURNE was postponing the first four dates of the tour because of the flu. After seeing his physician again, OSBOURNE has been diagnosed with a severe upper-respiratory infection which the doctor feels could develop into pneumonia given the physicality of the live performances and an extensive travel schedule throughout Europe in harsh winter conditions.

    Statement from Ozzy:
“I’m completely devastated for having to postpone the European leg of my tour. It just seems that since October everything I touch has turned to shit.
First the staph infection in my thumb and now coming down with the flu and bronchitis. I want to apologize to all of my fans who have been so loyal over the years, my band, my crew and to Judas Priest for letting you all down. However, I promise the tour with Judas Priest will be completed. It’s being rescheduled right now to start in September. Again, I apologize to everyone. God Bless. Love you all, Ozzy.”
    Get well soon Ozzy

Some good stuff there!! Saw the mighty Metallica for the first time a couple of years ago at Reading and saw the Def Lep and Whitesnake tour 3 years ago in Birmingham and took my boys for their 15th birthday, they have been schooled right!! In fact their first ever gig was Bon Jovi when they were 7!

Sorry for delay, seems Frank Turner has a big following..Even though we did go for Jimmy Eats World. They supported him for all the tour. I went To the BIC Bournemouth.

Not long back from Barcelona. Saw Mastodon supported by Mutoid Man and Kvelertak. Mutoid Man were ok, i'd listened to a few albums. Kvelertak were new to me. 6 piece band that I think could have gotten away with being a 5 piece or even a 4 piece. But the lead singer was certainly entertaining. Mastodon were excellent. Actually got to meet Bill Kelliher outside before the gig as he was walking to the tour bus. Really nice guy.

Moved up to the gallery after Mutoid Man due to my partner only being 5' tall wasn't going to be able to see anything.
