None of the above, olive green or tan/sand would look best!
Personal preference obviously, in your list I would go for black ;)

Grey, obviously. King of nato's. braided occasionally in the right situation. Sell the rest.

I'm not a fan of Natos so I'd go for either a one piece US type or Perlon. Both have the same functionality as a Nato without the fiddly/flappy bits.

Its a NATO. They are quite easy to change

Out of what you have shown I would choose the black. Grey as mentioned above is an equally attractive option. For a dash of colour how about the YOB from our host?

    +1

I think the above straps are ok, but the ones that you have on the watches are better. A US military style is not as 'historically correct' but I prefer them as the watch sits flatter on the wrist.

Great pair of watches. I have the same two. Got the date model on right now. I have both of mine on Eddie's grey Natos although they look good on black. Grey is the standard military issue strap i believe. Eddie's straps are great quality with all stainless steel buckles etc. Military issue tends to be chromed brass or steel which tarnishes/rusts etc. For me, these two colours are best but hey, that's me.
