I've 2 G-Shocks that'll need changing, thanks for the reminder.
My other watches are all in a drawer and mechanical, so nowt needs doing.
Tomorrow's job is changing the sodding cooker, cars, mantle clock, Wife's quartz watches, stereo etc
Don't forget to put ALL your watches 1 hour forward.

Thanks for that. Better do it now :D
Put my radio controlled ones on the window sill to get their signal. Don't get me started on the cooker, why do they have to make them so difficult!
1 quartz watch that needs resetting, plus my Rolex Sub and my Seiko beater. All the rest are sitting in the watch boxes 'resting'.
The quartz is a Seamaster pre-Bond with the facility to move the hour hand forward; now I`ve got it fixed and working I`ll enjoy doing this. Sorting this out was fiendish; fit a tiny circlip the wrong way up and it won't step the hour on as it should.
Not a lot of people know that :)

None of that nonesense in Angola. Means I won't have to change the watch when I return to teh UK.
Yeah, had to set 30+ watches today   :roll:Originally Posted by MADDOG
One radio watch got a sync during the night but it was before the DST change so it was still wrong in the morning - I will give it a second chance this night.
The only watch that was smart enough was the one running on a WorldTime firmware done by me (which also knows DST for 30+ other timezones) - the HAQ-ezChronos - a link to the project here and a picture here.
This looks very interesting. Am reading your WUS messages now. Very impressive!Originally Posted by Catalin
Thank you - I hope that some day all that experience will go into one or more (decently-priced) High-End Quartz models :wink:Originally Posted by markrlondon
Should be interesting. The same or similar module would certainly be desirable in a higher value case. Good luck with commercialising it!Originally Posted by Catalin
