I'm only just getting into Rolex as a brand and have already seen quite a few suspect watches on the bay. There is a sub in there are the moment with an exhibition back.....!
That can be legit. These case backs exists aftermarket so the rest of the watch can be real.

Interesting chronograph set-up . . . seems to have only the chrono second hand, with no minutes or hours. So capacity of this very useful chrono will be 60 seconds.
