I'm wearing one on my wrist, and i'm telling you it's brighter. I don't know why?, Better quality lume maybe, maybe a different mix, different application process maybe?, but it's brighter.

Oh it happened.......for me anyway.

It seems uneven.... the hands and bezel triangle glow brighter than the markers on the dial.

Theres no uneven lume, that's just some people being wind-up merchants :albino:

If it looks uneven, it's either because ive charged it unevenly with my torch, or simply i'm completely rubbish at taking lume shots.

Seeing as ive already stated that, I would go with the latter. :drunken:

Thanks Jesper, I decided to have a play around in manual on the camera for a change :)

I was trying to capture the second hand hitting the markers. For the photo's they were bang on, though they do slowly tend too drift in and out

I can't comment on the lume on Eddies original 18, I can only assume it's as good as the current one. And the current one is superb. Wore my watch to bed the last couple of nights and it is extremely easy to read after about 7 hours sleep. The lume is on a par with a couple of seikos I have.
